2012新年第4饼之@黄梨酥
这个是用我自己的简单食谱 -
牛油-500gm
面粉-750gm
1. 牛油和面粉搅拌均匀,搓成为面团.
2. 分成圆形小球,再放入黄梨酱, 搓成椭圆形,再用剪刀剪成黄梨形状.
3. 刷上蛋黄液,放入预热170°烤箱,烘15分钟, 拿出再刷上蛋黄液, 烘15分钟左右, 直到淡棕色。
