蜜汁烤鸡翅





抄自'小小米桶的零油烟厨房',不过我的成品没有他的好看,但是味道不错。

Ingredients:

chicken wing - 12

onion - 1

honey-2tbsp

stick-12


marinate:

soy sauce-3tbsp

rice wine-2tbsp

sugar-1/2tsp

garlic chopped-1/2tsp

ginger chopped-litter

five spice powder-litter

white pepper powder-litter


Marinate the chicken wings in the fridge about 1 hour, then put the stick into the wings.

Cut the onion and put on the baking tray, then put the chicken wings on top.

Bake for about 10 min at 200c, then turn and wipe with honey and bake again till golden brown.
