Pandan Layer Cake




I make this pandan layer cake long time ago, follow recipe from 梦之园

蛋糕体材料 :

A
250 克海棉蛋糕混合粉
190 克全蛋 (除壳)
80 毫升班兰汁
.
75 克溶化牛油
.
做法 :
.
1。将 A 以快速搅打约5-6分钟至浓稠(可以面糊画一个“0”字可维持十秒不变)
2。加入牛油,轻轻拌匀
3。倒入8寸模以 180 度烘30-35 分钟或至熟
4。取出待凉,横切分成四片待用

Pandan 浆材料
.
500 克椰汁
376 克pandan juice
95 克糖
100 克印尼绿豆分
1/2 茶匙盐
.
做法 :
.
1。将全部材料混合,以中火一面煮一面搅拌至少许浓稠,但不要滚,把锅移到一盘热水中
2。将一片蛋糕放在 9 寸脱底模里,加入 1/4 的 pandan 浆,用刮刀扫平,再放入第二片蛋糕,重复至蛋糕和 pandan 浆用完
3。等蛋糕稍凉,放入冰箱冷藏最少四小时至浆凝固
4。取出蛋糕装饰

This was my first pandan layer cake, tasted good.

  2. Ur pandan layered cake looks good and very neat.

    I notice u didn't add instant jelly powder or agar-agar powder to ur kaya but it still set nicely. Next time when I do I will try.

    Angel, yes this recipe does not need the instant jelly, just buy 1 packet of 印尼绿豆分 will do, do try it next time.
