This is also done on Hari Wesak, just for fun, but my kids like it very much, because of the peanuts, they eat a lot.
Recipe from Mikiko.
Ingredients & method of doing this Muaci:
1. Glutinous rice flour 250g, water 375g, sugar 3tbsp - mix together.
2. Wipe some oil on the plate, pour in the mixture, steam with small fire for 40 min.
3. Let it cool for a while after steam, use spoon to take out 1 by 1, put into the crushed peanut & sugar, and mix together.
And now you can enjoy the Muaci.
