麻糍 muaci
This is also done on Hari Wesak, just for fun, but my kids like it very much, because of the peanuts, they eat a lot.
Recipe from Mikiko.
材料与做法:-
1。糯米粉250g,清水375g,糖3汤匙,拌匀。
2。米浆倒入抹油盘子里,小火蒸40分钟即可。
3。蒸好放凉后,用汤匙挖出一小勺,丢进花生碎+白糖混合的沾料中,
让麻糍完全沾上花生碎即可。
Ingredients & method of doing this Muaci:
1. Glutinous rice flour 250g, water 375g, sugar 3tbsp - mix together.
2. Wipe some oil on the plate, pour in the mixture, steam with small fire for 40 min.
3. Let it cool for a while after steam, use spoon to take out 1 by 1, put into the crushed peanut & sugar, and mix together.
And now you can enjoy the Muaci.

i plan to do this long time ago but kept delay and delay .Guess i will try out this weekend...i like muaci too !
