失败之Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake

Today is a holiday, plan to go shopping, but last minute cancel.
So nothing to do at home, sure will do some baking.
But so unlucky, today's result - failed.






And this is the one that I baked last time.




I don't know why it will fail today, maybe the temp is too high - but I set it to 160c only, or too many eggs - this time I use 6 eggs, or the cake mould is too small - 8 inch only.
