今天刚好从Joelyn那里知道Daiso-Klang新开张,去了那里看看,结果败了两样回来。

SAWDUST CHEESECAKE 木糠芝士蛋糕
(recipe by Kevin Chai)
Sawdust ingredients
150g toasted peanuts (crushed)
50g crushed digestive biscuits
30g melted butter
Cheese layer
120g fresh milk
250g cream cheese
60g caster sugar
1 tsp gelatin powder
120g fresh cream (whipped)
Method
- Line a bowl with plastic paper or use dome moulds, keep aside.
- To make sawdust, combine all ingredients until blended, keep aside.
- To make cheese layer, bring fresh milk, cream cheese, sugar and gelatine powder to heat. Stirring over simmering water until mixture is melted. Remove and leave to cool.
- Fold in whipped cream until blended.
- Spread a layer cheese mixture into prepared mould. Sprinkle with sawdust, press lightly. Continue layering until finished. Keep in freezer until set.

蔓越莓麦芬蛋糕
很高兴,学了那么久的烘培,第一次做到全部都有裂开的痕迹。
《跟着君之学烘焙》- 蔓越莓麦芬
配料:低筋面粉100克,糖30克,泡打粉6克,盐1.25克,鸡蛋20克,
牛奶80克,植物油30克,蔓越莓干40克
烘焙:200度,中层,15分钟左右。
制作过程:

1、在碗中倒入牛奶
2、加入植物油
3、加入打散的鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀。
4、把面粉、泡打粉、盐、糖、蔓越莓干混合均匀,倒入到3的混合物中。
5、搅拌到干性材料全部湿润即可。此时面糊看上去粗糙且多块,但也不要再继续搅拌了。
6、立即装入模具,1/2-2/3满,放入预热好的烤箱烘焙。
TIPS:
1、当干湿两种混合物没有混合在一起的时候,它们可以各自保存较长时间,但一旦混合,就必须马上烘焙,否则会影响麦芬的膨发
2、第5步搅拌面糊的时候,在干性材料全部湿润以后即可停手,不要过度搅拌,以免面粉起筋导致组织粗糙。
3、把两种混合物混合搅拌均匀,需立即入模烘焙。

Featherlight Cheesecake
Make this cake followed the recipe from Table for 2, which bookmarked long time ago, now only have chance to make this.
Tasted good, very light and soft. Kids like it very much, I just eat one and the balance all finish by my kids, ha ha.....

蜜汁烤鸡翅
Ingredients:
chicken wing - 12
onion - 1
honey-2tbsp
stick-12
marinate:
soy sauce-3tbsp
rice wine-2tbsp
sugar-1/2tsp
garlic chopped-1/2tsp
ginger chopped-litter
five spice powder-litter
white pepper powder-litter
Marinate the chicken wings in the fridge about 1 hour, then put the stick into the wings.
Cut the onion and put on the baking tray, then put the chicken wings on top.
Bake for about 10 min at 200c, then turn and wipe with honey and bake again till golden brown.
