德式酥饼

德式酥饼
from (蔚蓝月夜)
(450-500片)
牛油 800g
糖粉 250g
马铃薯粉 1kg
特幼粉 500g
做法:
1)牛油和糖粉打发(呈现淡黄色)
2)加入马铃薯粉和特幼粉
3)搓成圆型(每粒大概6g),用叉轻轻压出条纹
4)预热烤箱,然后用170度烤20分钟
(温度自行依照自家烤箱做调整)
